Passion Manjigo

My 1st invention of the Shibumi sorbet series which sparks the motivation to create subsequent recipes. The intent of the flavours is to bring out the strength of the strong citrusy passionfruit, seal it to subtleness with a punch of refreshing mojito (non-alcohol, lime and mint only) and then lift it up again slightly with some tropical mango pieces. The heart of this recipe is to define the word tropical into the dessert without actually saying it.
