Originated from Kyoto 100 years ago, the hojicha tea leaves is renowned for its mellow, nutty and toasty undertone. To enhance its smoky sweet notes, chocolate is supplemented to give a firm sweet mature flavour. Finally, lifting this whole sensation together with little crushed bits of frosted strawberries to give a nice little nudge of red fruity sweetness.
